In sad but inevitable news, another of our favourite festivals has succumbed to the ongoing COVID-19 crisis. End Of The Road 2020 will now no longer take place, but here’s the good news: several of the heavy hitters that were due to perform at Larmer Tree Gardens in September have already confirmed they’ll be appearing next year instead.
Headliners King Krule, Pixies and Big Thief are all booked for 2021, as well as other L&Q favourites including Little Simz, Bright Eyes and Aldous Harding.
All tickets for this year will be valid for 2021. Full refunds are available, although the festival are encouraging those fans who are in a position to retain their tickets to please do so. Grassroots culture is in an incredibly precarious position right now, as we well know; it’s vital that we help out totally independent institutions like EOTR where we can. Let the thought of a drunken singalong to ‘Debaser’ in a sunlit Dorset field be your guide.
