Come to our free live music series with Eat Your Own Ears and Lapsang House
It's in January, over three nights
We’ve partnered up with our promoter friends Eat Your Own Ears, and South London label Lapsang House, for a free entry live series this January. On 12, 19 and 26 January, we’ll be bringing some of the most exciting new artists we know to the Shacklewell Arms in East London – details on those below. Previous years’ editions of EYOE Recommends have featured acts including Porridge Radio, PVA, Rachel Chinouriri, Unmoor Kiva, FEET, Drug Store Romeos, and many more – a pretty good track record.

Kinder: Delicate, ambient-leaning confessionals from multi-instrumentalist Leo Wyatt; we’ll also be joined for a DJ set by Paige Bea, who contributed to Kinder’s album
Clara Mann: Intimate indie-folk, influenced by a Catholic upbringing in rural France
Ewan Samms: Bedroom beats and laidback hooks from a classically-trained jazz guitarist
26 January
Chloe Bodur: UK jazz, US hip-hop and more blend effortlessly in the work of this fast-rising ‘psychedelic soul’ songwriter
Loshh: Gospel, juju and more contributing to a truly contemporary pop sound
Fazer: A multifaceted German group who combine post-rock with jazz to thrilling effect
