I made an absolute hash of this podcast on our first attempt – I forgot to press record, which is a fundamental step when recording an interview.
Thankfully, Phoebe Bridgers is the kind of person who relates to fuck-ups, and so, one month after we originally met in London, we recorded episode 96 of Midnight Chats via Zoom, with each of us recording our own side of the conversation, meaning I’d cleverly halved my responsibility in getting this thing done.
We spoke a little about the election before moving onto more important things, like Phoebe’s mum’s comedy career, favourite swear words and the best way to die.
