You should follow Mark Ronson on Instagram. He makes lots of dad jokes in a manner that suggests he doesn’t take himself as seriously as you might think.

His dry tone is particularly so in this week’s podcast, probably because he’d just flown to London from LA. As I was leaving him he was preparing to sleep on the floor of his record label, following a pummel of highly investigative questions about what the Oscars are really like (he’d just won one for his part in the Lady Gaga track ‘Shallow’) and his forthcoming album ‘Late Night Feelings’.
