Enterprise Reversal
words by Mandy Drake
Had ‘Enterprise Reversal’ been a five track EP of a release its toneless blahs from lead shouter Rivka Gillieron would have still been a struggle to sit through. So, as you can imagine with Wetdog’s debut album coming in at 21 abrasive noise-bites, it’s possibly the longest 45 minutes of your life on first listen. And second. And, if the thwacking of your head against a hard surface refuses to knock you out, the thirty second also. The lurching bass grows more sinister as the punk clunks on but it’s ultimately DIY not ‘doing’ but rather dieing.2/10 in stores now
